Giuliani...."Wait a minute Donald, I have a better idea"

     Today, Giuliani released a Spring 2019 voice mail recording in which he seemingly talked President Trump out of intimidating the Ukrainian President into announcing on Ukrainian television that Joe Biden had been complicit in using his position to enrich his son in a Ukrainian Payola Scheme.  Giuliani suggested that in lieu of the Zelensky's announcement, which he assured Trump that he could orchestrate, he  had a plan that would result in the "Biden Corruption Reveal" being announced....in the US SENATE.  Although Trump's reply was partially distorted, it appears that he said, "Let's go for it"
